When are my products being delivered?
Your product will normally be delivered the day after you place your order, if you place your order before 12am.

How can I order second hand products?
On our Second hand page you can see all our products for sale. Ordering these products is only possible via e-mail or phone.
I'm planning on purchasing a KTM/HUSQ or a Suzuki fork.
For KTM/HUSQ and Suzuki Kit Suspension, you will need X-TRIG TRIPLE CLAMPS and a FIX PHDS SYSTEM to fit our suspension in your bike.
X-Trig clamps are included in the Factory Kit package for both KTM/HUSQ and Suzuki. BUT, don't forget to add a PHDS system to fit your bike. Not sure whether you have the right one? Contact us and we'll provide you with the correct article.

I ordered a KYB Suspension, what now?
After you ordered your brand new KYB Suspension, we need your extra info to set your Suspension tailormade to your level of riding, if you didn't mention it yet during checkout.
Contact us directly with your order number, exact model and year of your bike, the level of riding ( amateur - intermediate - professional) and the weight of the rider without gear on. We then set your suspension to the right settings that match your requirements.

Contact us directly and mention the part you're looking for, we can offer you a similar part or place your order in our backorder list. Whenever the part is available again, we will send it out. Lead times do not take longer than 3 months for KYB Genuine Parts and 4-6 weeks for other brands except when that product is discontinued by the manufacturer. More info on parts? Some spare parts are not visible in our webshop, to get information whether your part is available or not, contact us directly and get notified what is possible.
I still have a creditnote from my last order, how can I redeem this amount?
Please process your order through our Customer Service and contact us directly to place your order. In that way we can deduct the credit amount from your new order.
