What exactly is Technical Touch?

Technical Touch is an international distributor of motorcycle-
parts, located in Belgium and the USA. Our company has
two departments. First of all we have a very experienced team
that support all the KYB riders in the Worldchampionship MX1,
MX2 and the European championship. On the other hand we
supply the worldwide market with KYB spare parts and oils.
Last but not least, we supply the European market with
high quality Hinson Clutch parts and the Belgian market
with Yoshimura exhausts and X-Trig triple clamps.

Dear client

To reduce the number of backorders, we have changed the information on the order confirmation in 2015. You can easily verify the availability of the articles on that document:
  • Available: article on stock
  • Incomplete: the ordered quantity is bigger that the deliverable quantity
  • Not available: article not on stock
 At the moment, your backorders weren’t send out automatically with your new orders, due to some long delivery terms. Unfortunately, this creates an administrative burden and long lists of backorders. In addition, certain articles were only sent when the customer explicitly asked for it.
A new system starts from June the 6th 2016. All deliverable backorders will be sent out automatically and without prior notification. We expect that you want all your ordered parts.
Sales administration has send you an updated list of your backorders, if you haven't received one, then you don't have any backorders at the moment. This new system is for all clients. 
We will add all (not cancelled) articles to new deliveries when they come in. They can’t be cancelled anymore.
We hope to serve you even better this way.
